Tandem Winter Bathing!

A romantic tandem winter bath hosted by the High Coast International Hub!

Included: bastu after the dip, 2 glasses of warmed up non-alcholic wine, snacks.

Good to know for firs-timers:

- Use caution if you have high blood pressure or heart disease.
- Avoid cold baths if you have an infection or are ill.
- Bath sober
Clothes:
- Hat and gloves/mittens at the dip
- Bath shoes
- Fleece bathrobe
- Seat pad to stand on

Also remember to dress warmly afterwards!
Wool socks in warm shoes, underwear, coveralls, hat and gloves.
